Terms of service

These terms explain how ordering, payment, shipping, and returns work when you shop with ELEYA.

Handcrafted Products

• The upper material we used are handwoven and handcrafted, so small differences in pattern, color, and stitching are normal.
• Colors may look slightly different on your screen.
• We make in small batches, so some styles and sizes may sell out.

Orders

• Your order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation by email or message.
• Please double-check your size, address, and contact details before you check out.
• If an item is out of stock or something goes wrong with your order, we will contact you and refund you in full if we have to cancel.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).
• We accept: [e.g., credit/debit card, GCash, Maya]. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please message us directly in our IG account (@eleyaph) to manage your order/s. 
• Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping

• ELEYA currently delivers nationwide in the Philippines. International shipping is not yet available.
• Orders are prepared within 3 business days. Delivery takes about 2-5 business days in Metro Manila and 5-7  business days for provincial areas.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or holidays.
• Please give us a complete and correct address.
