• Size exchanges: Request within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, subject to stock.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item.
• Return shipping: Customer pays, except for damaged or incorrect items, which ELEYA covers.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, our team will review your refund request. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 14 business days.
