This page explains how ordering, payment, shipping, and returns work when you shop with ELEYA.

Handcrafted Products

The upper material we used are handwoven and handcrafted, so small differences in pattern, color, and stitching are normal.
Colors may look slightly different on your screen.
We make in small batches, so some styles and sizes may sell out.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation by email or message.
Please double-check your size, address, and contact details before you check out.
If an item is out of stock or something goes wrong with your order, we will contact you and refund you in full if we have to cancel.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP).
We accept Paypal payments If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please message us directly in our IG account (@eleyaph) to manage your order/s.
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping

ELEYA currently delivers nationwide in the Philippines. International shipping is not yet available.
Orders are prepared within 3 business days. Delivery takes about 2-5 business days in Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for provincial areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or holidays.
Please give us a complete and correct address.

Returns and Exchanges

Have a question or concern about a return or exchange? Email us at eleyaph@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Size exchanges: Request within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging, subject to stock.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item.
Return shipping: Customer pays, except for damaged or incorrect items, which ELEYA covers.
Once we receive and inspect your item, our team will review your refund request. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 14 business days.
